Information on the processing of personal data

Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
Dear Sir / Madam,
We inform you that Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data" and, hereinafter, referred to as "Privacy Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the Privacy Code, the processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of Your privacy and Your rights.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Privacy Code, therefore, please take note of the following information.
1. The persons concerned have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The persons concerned have the right to obtain the following indications: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing of personal data; c) the logic applied in case of processing of personal data by electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative , managers or agents in the State.
3. The persons concerned have the right to obtain: a) the updating, the rectification or, when interested, the integration of personal data; b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of personal data processed unlawfully, including all the data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations stated in point a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The persons concerned have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
